Having heard from Blood Fear and Sam, Nix looks to Hacked and Howser for a response.

Well not like we talking about the top secret stuff - lets just eat here and talk. We link commlinks and communicate covertly for sensitive issues. I got jammer in van if you want I bring it in real fast like. I think this place as good as any though. What you think? looking at Hacked

"May as well stay here. Like Howser said, if we got something we need kept quite we use our comms." Hack'ed looks around to see what the others think.
"If we are staying, lets order some food and chat a little till we know we will not have others wandering in and then hammer out the first part of our plan. Other wise lets get on the road."

Having heard from the team, Nix consents to common will for this matter.
He uses the infrared port on his comlink to transmit his LTG to each of the team members in the room and create an AR conference session, not wanting to immerse himself in full VR.
Speaking using his sub-vocal mike once that is established, "It appears we have four names and 2 addresses. I assume that since there is a difference either one or both of the locations have multiple persons or the remaining locations are as of yet unknown. We also have a one way ticket and a two way ticket. I suggest we cash the retainer and see what new information is provided. I don't think we have enough information to select our first target. I also think that we should determine what supplies are available or requestable so that those among us knowledgable about conjuring can bind elementals or spirits. What say you?"

From Blood Fear: What a bunch of conformists. There they sit with their commlinks and AR/VR. HA! Hmmm maybe I should've got one too. Oh well, either they let me know what they decided or not. To the Waitress: "I'll have the house soup and a pitcher of the local tap. Better make that 2 pitchers, oh and what ever they want as well." To the Group: "I got the check tonight guys."

"well we could start off with the round trip ticket job and on the way back instead of comming back here we could exchange the return ticket to go to the second destination instead then we can use the one way ticket to depart ways or whatever the mission dictates that time."

After transmitting my info to join the conference session through AR then I set up a search on the matrix to run in 3 search windows through AR.
Logic 4 - 1 defaulting + 3 Search program: looking for key words "Tempus Magica Imperium" [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "Time travel spells" [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "modern time travel research" [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] names of each cabal member as shown [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] (ooc: let me know if I need to change this or if it is necessary)
Minimizing these searchs to run for bit I look up at Blood: Well chummer - gotta change with da times. You better be careful I may start to like you! Hey, waitress - I want 2 of the biggest steaks you got - rare as you willin' to give. Just touch the top and bottom with the grill and bring it here. You got that "Orc Gin" lager that just came out? That'd be wiz. Better bring two baskets of rolls - you fellas don't want any rolls, right - oh and a water - big tall glass, clean if you know whats good for you? After waitress takes all the orders: The task at hand... Well, I think we gotta figure out what we can about this group that the gentleman was referrin' to.
Over the Comm: Anybody got any contacts that might be up on magical groups? Also, I don't think it will hurt trying to run this guys image through the search pipe - anybody record it? As far as cashing the retainer - yeah he got us stuck. Really gotta get more info - lets see what he'll provide when we cash the retainers. Where were those locations that he gave us again - he mentions Seattle and Hong Kong? Thats the location for the supplies right and I assume the some of the groups, or activity from the mages, have been identified in those areas. That what you fellas understand?

To the waitress, "Soup as well."
Over coms, "I've recently severed ties to the past, so I'm lean on contacts. And yea, I'm really not happy about the pay. Even low rent jobs pay a couple of k. This job should be wrapped up in one to two months meaning that geeking four high powered mages, averaging a mage every two weeks, is only worth four k per mage. I've not signed on for wet work before, but four k seems VERY low ball. I'm not really sure about the locations. It seems like we have a LOT of legwork ahead of us...."
To Blood Fear, "It appears we really lack the base information to do much at this time. We are unsure as to the exact nature of the addresses or where the persons the names represent can be found. I guess we play by Mr Johnson's rules right now: Cash the check and get more information...."

I may know the Johnson but I aint taking point on this. As far as where we go and what we do , my 2 creds sez that we hit the Seattle place first. Well at least long enough to see what goodies this guy is setting up for us. I got my bike outside so Sam's idea of doing the Hong Kong trip first is kinda "financially difficult" just now. If those of us with vehicle stow them first then HK is alright I guess. Hey, I just had a thought. Any o'you matrixy types doing any searches on the puds we might have to face. You know the Cable of Evil Midgets or something like that.""

Howser raises an eyebrow as he switches his attention to mid air. Moving his hands methodically as he manipulates AR. Hmm, thats interesting. I say out loud not realizing it at the time. Matrix Search [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "Antwerp & MIT&T " [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "Time Travel Research & MIT&T" [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "Time Spells & MIT&T" [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] person search in old MIT&T personnel directories - "Antwerp" - looking for full name [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] "Mythology & Society of TMI or Society of Tempus Magica Imperium"
Well, it appears I may have found something anyway... I ran quick search with my browser software - Looks like there was this brainiac at... - spoken, pausing that is a braniac @ MIT&T that got booted for trying to start up a group, or fraternity, or whatever it was called - you guessed it: Tempus Magica Imperium. Looks like that was 10 years ago, but its something. Fella may have been busy since then. He's gotta have a trail for where he went afterward - over commlink
I not that good with the techno-crap but I can run a browser... Hack'd - why don't you try. see what you can find.
I transfer the active text from everyone to electronic paper for blood fear to read.[rand=364331465164932644629599079367169336108465251597238101559827033048]

Nix pauses as he has a moment of dawning.... "With a vital piece of our new gear in Seattle," in AR - "new SINs" - "it appear that should be our first stop. Also, once we cash the check Mr Johnson alluded to additional information being made available.."

Hack'ed opens his AR display as he listens to what people have to say. Before the waitress leaves he places his order. "Steak and a nice potato sounds wiz, and a beer of course."
Once his display is up he join's the comm chat, "Ok, Im in. Yeah I got a recording of everything from the front door. Give me a sec to pull some good stills." Hack'ed opens the video feed and pulls out several still pics of the Johnson, and distributes them to the group.
"Ok, I'll see what I can find but I haven't focused on my hacking skills much in the last six or 7 years." Hack'ed pulls the data that hes provided and opens his old browser software entering the search strings Howser has come up with.
((Rolls coming soon))

Well isn't that whiz. More info on some searching I've been doing... I say.
"Dr. Felix Omarian Antwerp. b.2000 in Berlin Germany, d.2065 in Boston UCAS (Resisting Arrest)" - maybe one of his undergrads or grad students writing their thesis continued his legacy. I think we need to focus our research on MIT&T though - a lot of results for time travel research. I'd bet you that the group was started or still consists of current or past students studying magical theory there. Might want to check shadownet for stuff - gonna be tricky digging up info. That official death by "Resisting Arrest" sounds like a cover up if you ask me. Someone wanted him either dead or to look dead on the books. I'd bet some of this info is flagged so I don't want to nose around too much with out having my tracks dusted. Looks like quote a bit of info might be found in the matrix... That can be done while we travel to Seattle. I'm planning on driving back, got a place to secure my van there... You guys want to car pool? Hooded man has a point, we cash in the retainer (and the plane tickets) and head to Seattle to get our cache of supplies. Chuckling a bit... You do have pointy ears too don't you - or are you one of them elf posers? I hate dem' worse than I hate the real pointy ears! Looking at Nix
You notice a pattern with Howser - his speach pattern shifts from some what rude and unprofessional to quite professional and well spoken as his attention shifts from work to nonwork items.

over commlink - "Well it doesnt matter to me how we get there lets just get there cause its gonna be a long ride back to Seattle, and yes when sombodys death says its from 'resisting arrest' its usually either just that or he was killed in part because of some info he found out and somebody didnt want that info getting into anybodys elses hands"

Nix replies on the com, "I'm whiz to a car pool, that way we all get their together. There will be multiple border crossings though. I'm familiar with a few of the routes... we can see if there are still active." Replying to Howser, "My ears are real." before looking back to Blood Fear, "Up for a road trip?"
