"Ok then Smurf you can get a ride with me." Ghost says to smurf. then opens his door and opens Smurfs door from the inside. "Don't mind the mess in the back I've been living in this thing for a few weeks until I got myself a job." Ghost grabs the air freshener he just bought and gives the back of the van an extra spray from the can. "UM, Forest reminds me of home." Thinks to himself as he smells the sent hit his nose
After Smurf gets into the van Ghost proceeds to follow Draven since he still has no idea where he lives at. Doing his best not to miss a light that Draven makes.

The watcher relays to his owner that the Johnson merely sat in place for an hour further after the team left, finished his meal, then hailed a taxi towards his home. Home is a high-rise apartment several blocks from where Kalipi and her family are located, in the corporate housing complex.
Smurf amasses a huge amount of diverse data on both Ares and Evo, but aside from stories detailing the rise of Ares' ambitions into the modification and genetech scene and Evo's attempts to keep them out of the market, nothing in particular stands out. There have naturally been runs on both sides against the other in order to maintain a status quo, but it's more or less standard operating procedure in the shadows. The results of the jobs look to have been not very significant to both companies' bottom lines anyway. That's life in the shadows.

Smurf ignores the mess in the van, having seen far worse in the homes of some of his chummers back in school. As Ghost drivers he starts chewing on a couple of pieces of Wrigely Juicy Fruit gum. He looks at the package digs deeper into the Shadowland Net to determine if there are posts or rumors about: (( abductions of children of Evo staff +Ares Turn 1: 7 hits [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] Turn 2: 10 hits (extended) [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] Turn 3: 12 hits (extended) [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] Turn 4: 18 hits (extended) [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] Turn 5: 23 hits (extended) [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6]

(OOC yo that NaN means you have Rollin too many dice in one post, I did that on 3rd edition site)
Ghost keeps doing his best to follow Draven. "Good thing I got Dravens comm link code to message him if he gets to far ahead." Ghost thinks to himself.
Ghost turns on the radio in the van, "Man talk radio I can't stand that stuff." then flips the station until he finds a rock station, but decides to keep the volume down just encase Smurf doesn't like the music he can turn his comm link music high enough to drown out the radio.

Not satisfied with the searches on the uncle, Smurf extends that search.

He takes note of Ghost flipping through the stations, amazed that Ghost is using the Van's music player. In any case, he focuses on sifting through the results of his searching Shadowland, if any.[rand=9807488214956924378574336752344355864914636061591478245684863173]

Making a mental note of the location of the Johnsons home I make my way to Auburn. As we leave I give each member the coordinates of my apartment.
As we I make my way past some of the nicer homes, barricaded and blocked from view via different AR displays I proceed South on 181. Turning on to 164, I continue the trek. Pulling off the major road and down a few artery roads, then eventually down a side road, you notice that this is a manufacturing district - you hear the rumblings of equpment and see sparks flying in the windows of some warehouse type structures. As we pull into the building you notice a big garage next to what appears to have been an office building of some kind. The garage door was big enough to fit fire trucks through back at the turn of the century. Some of the windows have been borded up and reinforced from the inside. This place has seen some hell in its days. You see cracks in the walls and the ferocrete (ooc: or whatever they use these days) on the ground that reinforced the original concrete. Parking my car in the area in front of the garage I grab my weapons in the glove box and a duffle bag (where I have put the groceries I purchased as well) in the back. Then fiddling with a few icons in AR - locking down my car and unlocking the hidden side door.
Here we are folks.
Moving around the side of the building I walk in a door that appears to have been added since the construction of the building. The door slides open as I approach.
Home - I say as I walk in. As I say home, the lights come on and an AR display changes the view of the apartment into what one would see if they were flying through clouds. The counter opens up and slides up a healthy drink cocktail that I have programmed it to create. Walking in I place the duffel bag of goodies in a closet beside the door then putting the groceries in the panel for groceries - where it is automatically sorted and placed in the fridgerator. Deactivating my Foci, I place them in a special shelving system in an area set aside for breaks during the buildings original use. There are old books that are well worn, three symbolic masks (astrally perceived appear to have some soft glow with three distant trails). I also place the two items belonging to the girl on the top of an empty part of one of the shelves.
You're welcome to have a drink - take whatever you want. I'll be right back. Piss rooms that way and food rooms that way. Pointing in various directions.
Pulling off my formal suit I place more comfortable sweat pants and an old "Florida Gators" T-shirt - appears to be well worn with holes sewn. You see various bits of jewelry hanging around my neck and on my hands as I walk back into the room.
Well, I think we should go over what information we all have and what we need to have. Some of the searching I would like to do will require my full attention as I'm sure it may be the same for you Smurf.

Ghost pulls up just after Draven and parks on at a spot on the street not wanting to block anyone in there drive ways. "Ok where here Smurf." Ghost says
Ghost gets out of his van keeping his pistol in the holster under his arm locks the doors to the van. Then procedes to go inside Davens place. "I should be fine here no point being a christmas tree any more" thinks to himself, then deactivates his "sustaining foci the mana of the armor spell slowly desepates into the air. Waiting to get started Ghost startes to think to himself. "I don't think I've ever done a ritual casting with anyone else before I'm not to sure how to."
"So Draven are we going to do this one at a time, I've never ritually casted with anyone before, and it is not my best Magical Skill I have." Ghost says to Draven. "Since it is your house you can go first, then I'll go after you. I'm hoping Smurf will find something to help us do an old school Astral Search after this ritual search."
Ghost begins to run though his astral training he got at the monistary in the rocky mountains.
(OOC here is an Astral Research (AR) skill test If you will let me. I'm hoping this will help with ideas on how to proceed in astral space after the ritual casting.(AR=4 + Logic=4 (since it is a Professional Knowledge) total 8)

Ghost has decided that he is not satisfied with his search of the abduction areas so decides that he could astrally project there and check it out for more leads.
"Well guys I'm going to do a quick check of the alleged abduction site of Kalipi, So I'll astrally project well Draven you can start the ritual and Smurf I guess you keep checking for more Info we can go on. " Ghost says to his two teammates.
"Ok it may not be that quick I want to spend sometime checking that place over." Ghost thinks as he looks for a nice chair to leave his meat body when he is projecting. Ghost finds a couch to sit on. "Well this will do better then that van for comfort that is for sure."
Ghost sits himself down (unless anyone has any objections) then proceeds to project out of his body then zoom at top speed to the stretch of street Kalipi was taken at.

Smurf manages to stumble upon a few obscure personnel databases concerning Rakesh Prasad. Apparently formerly a full-fledged citizen of India, he signed on with Evo in Calcutta and worked his way up the corporate heiarchy to where he is today. He's something of an upper-middle manager in his field, where he's been for four years, though he's been with Evo (formerly Yamatetsu) for about ten years now.
Smurf, however, does not come up with any reliable information corresponding with the abductions of Evo staff children and Ares, aside from a few unrelated blogs with similar hits for the search strings.

A few hours after Ghost begins tracking Kalipi by her ritual link, he feels the completion of the "circuit," almost like the astral equivalent of sticking your finger into a light socket. An innate knowledge of having found her fills him, though any attempts on his part to track her now would drop the ritual and thus would have destroyed the now ashed hair in the brush in vain.

Sitting with Ghost in the room set up with the lodge I sit cross legged ready to be the spotter for this portion ritual spellcasting. Slipping into astral perception I start to chant with mathematical rhythm.
(ooc: I haven't had a chance to study the rules very closely of late - what do I need to roll to be the spotter?)

Activating a foci I follow the link to the girl's location and try to observe the surroundings in astral space. Manifesting my astral self unto the mundane world I attempt to communicate with the girl when no one is around.
Hello Kalipi. Do not be alarmed, I am here to help you. Your father and your uncle care deeply for you and have sent a group of people to find you.
